Love Finds Gerhardt Classic Victory Lane In Madera Thriller

MADERA, CALIFORNIA (July 13, 2019) – 14 year-old Jesse Love of Menlo Park came back home to Madera Speedway and grabbed a surprising victory in the 17th Gerhardt Classic 50 for the BCRA Midgets. Love, the two-time 51FIFTY Jr. Late Model Series champion, added to his already long list of “youngest ever” accomplishments, including youngest BCRA champion and youngest POWRi Midget podium finisher.

MADERA, CALIFORNIA (July 10, 2019) – The mighty Madera/BCRA Midgets roar back to Madera Speedway on Saturday night to headline the 17th Gerhardt Classic. A host of other divisions will be competing including the 100 lap California Challenge Cup feature plus the debut of the Central Valley Mini Stocks with a large field expected. Legends of Kearney Bowl, Focus Midgets, and NCMA Sprint Cars round out the scheduled divisions.

Eureka, CA (July 7, 2019) – The 2019 season for racing at Redwood Acres Raceway hit its halfway point Saturday night for race number five of the schedule. The big Independence Day weekend event was presented by Harper Motors and featured the annual 100-lap Firecracker 100 for the late models as well as a dazzling post-race fireworks display.

July 5 2019…… Lakeport, CA….. Premiering his new #77 modified, Jeremy Nowlin of Kelseyville made an outside pass on Richard Knight of Kelseyville on lap 17 and drove to a $500 victory at Lakeport Speedway Friday night during the “Hillside Honda Night at the Races.” Nowlin also won the modified trophy dash.

Roseville, CA…. July 6, 2019…..The North State Modified Series, presented by Protect the Harvest, made their only appearance at All American Speedway in Roseville for the 2019 season with a fast-paced 60 lap main event. Kelseyville’s Donovan Cox won the Lucas Oil Dash for $100 and then led the field to green. Cox led the opening lap before three-time NSMS champion Darrin Knight used the outside line to lead lap two. Roseville’s Terry Deal spun in turn two for a caution on lap four. Points leader Cameron Austin of Santa Rosa used the yellow to sweep around Knight on the outside to lead lap five.

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (July 7, 2019) – Jason Romero got the victory he savored while battling with some tough competition, outfoxing Jeremy Doss in lapped traffic to win the second half of the NASCAR Late Model Twin 35s at All American Speedway on Saturday. Another strong turnout of fans in Roseville witnessed a busy night that included the Cherokee Tires Big Rig Rumble, North State Modified Series, and two hotly contested Late Model features.
