NEAL NEWBERRY 125 NOTES OF INTEREST:
• Two-Time and defending NWSLMS champion, Brittney Zamora, is out to add to her impressive history on the series as she seeks her third consecutive Neal Newberry 125 victory.
• Trevor Cristiani continues to lead the way in the chase for the 2019 NWSLMS championship. The Idaho native holds a 12-point advantage over Oregon’s Alan Cress with Washington’s Garrett Evans 20 markers off the top spot in the standings.
• The top-7 drivers in the NWSLMS championship standings are all still in contention for the title heading into the Neal Newberry 125.
• Tristan Haider continues to lead the battle for the Jefferson Pitts Racing Rookie of the Year award. Haider’s top-5 finish at Hermiston Raceway in the Atomic 125 moved the Olympia, Wash. driver to fourth place in the NWSLMS championship standings.
• Braeden Havens returns to NWSLMS action with an impressive Neal Newberry 125 resume. In his last five WVSO starts, the 26-year old has finished inside the top-10 each time including a pair of fourth place runs and is the 2015 runner-up to race winner Owen Riddle.

LOOKING BACK TO THE ATOMIC 125:
The following contingency prizes were earned in the series fifth event of the season, the Atomic 125 held at Hermiston Raceway. Prizes will be presented at the Neal Newberry 125. Winning drivers were required to run the contingency decal package provided by the series.
