North State Modified Series Championship Race To Be Decided At All American Speedway

NSMS points leader Kris Price of Sacramento (51x) and 2nd place runner Dustin DeRosier of Cloverdale (#12) will be battling it out for the North State Modified Series championship Saturday night at All American Speedway in Roseville, CA.

Roseville, CA.....The final event in the 2018 championship race for the North State Modified Series, presented by Protect the Harvest, will be held Saturday night, October 13, at All American Speedway in Roseville, California. The Hoosier NSMS October Classic will feature a six-car six-lap Lucas Oil Dash for Cash along with a 60 lap feature event.

At the end of the competition the 2018 North State Modified Series (NSMS) champion will be revealed. Currently Kris Price of Sacramento has a healthy 66 point lead over Dustin DeRosier of Cloverdale. It is possible to earn as many as 85 points at each event. Therefore Price will only have to start the main event to clinch his first NSMS championship. Price and DeRosier are the only ones who have a mathematical chance to win the title.

Third place contender Eric Johnson of Kelseyville trails DeRosier by only 22 points. Next in line, 11 points be behind Johnson, is another Kelseyville driver, Darrin Sullivan. Eric Price II, Kris Price's brother, sits in fifth, only three points behind Sullivan.

The North State Modifieds are running in conjunction with the NASCAR K & N Pro Series, the Pacific Challenge Late Model Series, the local Bandolero/Mini Cup cars, and the local A & B Super Stocks.
