From the lower tip of southern California to the highest tip of the Pacific Northwest, there is a lot of racing this weekend. This is especially true of the paved ovals. Remember, we the fans need to support these programs. If we don't they go away and become memories of the good times we use to have sitting in their grandstands. It's time once again for All American's annual Fall Classic highlighted by the presence of the always exciting Pacific Challenge Late Model Series. Also on the race agenda will be the NSCS Modifieds and the Street Stocks. The weekend begins on Friday night with an open practice sessions for all divisions. On Saturday race day the spectator gates will open at 4pm with the green flag falling on the Fall Classic at 6pm.
Adult tickets, age 16 to 59, are $10. Tickets for seniors, age 60 plus, and kids, age 6 to 15, are $7. Kids under the age of 6 will be admitted free. The speedway also offers a fan friendly family package, priced at $35 which admits 2 adults and 3 kids.

Evergreen will be hosting the Les Schwab Tires NASCAR Championship Night this Saturday night. The anticipated red hot track action will be provided by the Late Models, Street Stocks, Mini Stocks, Super Stock Figure Eights, Outlaw Figure Eights, Stinger Eights, Pro 4 Trucks, Hornets and Legends.
The spectator gates will open at 2pm followed by racing at 6pm. Adult tickets, age 16 plus, are $20 and $15 for seniors. Youth tickets, age 6 to 15, are $10. Kids under age 5 along with military personnel, with valid ID, will be admitted free.

The association will be presenting round 6 of their club race schedule this Saturday. The Good Times Quarter Midget Racing Association is designed for the racing development of young drivers age 5 to 16. This diversity in the age of the drivers means a lot of racing action on their small track located in the pit area of the Madera Speedway. There's going to be 17 different race classes hitting the track Saturday morning following the mandatory pit meeting at 845am. Once again the IEC will be turning a portion of their 1/2 mile oval into a 1/8 mile drag strip in order to present their NHRA Thursday Night Thunder program while proclaiming the very important message: race the strip and not the street. This program is open to all vehicles from professional race cars to street legal passenger cars. The spectator gates will open at 4pm followed by five hours of racing from 5 to 10pm.
The program is also very budget friendly. The entry fee, for the five hours of racing, is only $20 . General admission tickets are $10.

It's Jim Burke Ford Night At The Races at Kern County RWP this Saturday and the number one Ford dealer in Kern County will be presenting racing action from the NASCAR Late Models, the NASCAR Spec Mods, the NASCAR Mini Stocks, the INEX Bandoleros and the Racecar Factory Spec Late Models.
The front gates will open at at 5pm followed by racing at 7pm. General admission tickets start at $10 and are available online.

LAS VEGAS MOTOR SPEEDWAY BULLRING. 1/2 MILE. LAS VEGAS, NV. www.lvms.com/bullring. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.

The Las Vegas Bullring is always going to be a hot ticket because, quite frankly, the words Las Vegas and stock car racing simply belongs in the same sentence.

Saturday is NASCAR Whelen All American Series Championship Night. It will be the final points race for all NASCAR and USLCI teams that calls the Bullring their home track. This includes the NASCAR Super Late Models, the NASCAR Super Stocks, the Bombers and Grand American Modifieds. Also seeing action Saturday night will be the USLCI Legends, USLCI Bandoleros and the USLCI Thunder Roadsters along with the USAC HPD Midgets and the Skid Plate cars.

The spectator gates will open at 5pm with the racing going green at 7pm. Ticket purchases and information is available via the track's website or by calling 1 800 644 4444.

LOAN MART MADERA SPEEDWAY. 1/3 MILE. MADERA, CA. www.racemadera.com. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.

Now here's a hot ticket from a racing organization who specializes in hot tickets for their fans. Loan Mart Madera will be presenting race 7 of the MAV TV televised, $1,000 to win, Open Late Model Series who will be running twin 50 lap mains. There will also be round 7 of the 51 Fifty Junior Late Model Series who will be running twin 25 lap mains.
There's also going to be plenty of action from the Super Hobby Stocks, the MST, Toyota Sedans and the 4 Bangers. The Barrel Race Extreme Enduro Series will be running a 20 lap event followed by a 61 lap Enduro Sprint race.
The full day of racing will begin with a practice session from 1 to 4pm, heat races at 630pm and main events at 7pm.
Adult tickets are $15 and $13 for seniors and military personnel. Youth tickets, age 6 to 12, are $7 with kids age 5 and under admitted free.

It's championship night at Magic Valley and that means an extra layer of racing intensity. The on track intensity will be provided by the Royal Purple Modifieds, the National Guard Super Stocks, the Project Filter Street Stocks and the Quale's Electronics Junior Stingers. The grand finale of the night will be the Quales Trailer Race and Destruction.
The spectator gates will open at 5pm. Qualifying is scheduled for 630pm with racing to follow. Adult tickets, age 13 plus, are $15 and $10 for seniors age 62 plus. Kids tickets, age 6 to 12, are $3. Military personnel, with valid ID, are always free at this track.

MERIDIAN SPEEDWAY. 1/4 MILE. MERIDIAN, ID.www.meridianspeedway.com SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.

Meridian also deserves a red hot tickets status because they will be hosting the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Saturday Night who will be running the Idaho 208. Five time series winner David Gilliland leads the points championship with only two races left in the season. However, he only holds a 11 point advantage over Ryan Patridge.
Also participating in the on track excitement will be the Pro Trucks, Project Filter Pro 4's and the CWI High School Tuners. The front gates will open at 4pm with the racing beginning at 630pm.
Tickets for adults, seniors, military personnel and kids age 7 plus are $35. Kids age 6 and under will be admitted free.

ORANGE SHOW SPEEDWAY. 1/4 MILE. SAN BERNARDINO, CA. www.theorangeshowspeedway.com. SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.

The OSS will be treating their fans to a super hot ticket this Saturday highlighted by the Third Annual Open Late Model 100, presented by 1 800 Loan Mart and the Pinnacle Peak Steak House.
100 lap feature is loaded with financial incentives that includes $2,000 to win. Plus there's a $500 bonus to the highest finishing non series regular out of town car and a $500 bonus if a non regular, out of town car, wins race presented by West Coast Collision Center.. Other incentives include $100 to the fastest qualifier, $100 in tow money for teams travelling more than 200 miles one way and $100 for a heat race win. The race schedule calls for three, 25 lap, heats.
There's also going to be plenty of racing action from the speedway's 1 800 Loan Mart Street Stocks, the Extreme Exhibits Outlaw Figure Eights and the OSS Modifieds

The gates will open at 8am for a special practice session from 8am to 1145am. Entry fee is $50 per car to be paid in cash. A fire safety truck and crew will be on site.
The traditional standard practice session will begin at 1pm followed by qualifying at 315pm, heat races at 6pm and main events at 730pm.
General admission tickets are $12. Kids tickets, age 5 to 12, are $10.Kids under age five and active duty military personnel will be admitted free. There is also a $3 parking fee.
Again, this OSS show is expected to be red hot and well worth your ticket money and travel time.

It's championship night at South Sound and the night is going to be highlighted by a 100 lap main event from the Super Late Models. Also on the race agenda will be action from the Hobby Stocks, the Bumblebees, Legends and the WMRA Series. The green flag will wave at 630pm.
Adult tickets, age 18 plus, are $16. Tickets for teens, age 13 to 17, seniors, age 62 plus, and active duty military personnel, with valid ID, are $14. Kids tickets, age 6 to 12, are $7 with kids age 5 and under free.

UKIAH SPEEDWAY. 1/4 MILE. UKIAH, CA.www.lakesportspeedway.com SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH.

The Lakeport - Ukiah Speedway Challenge Series, presented by Furia Motorsports, returns to Ukiah Speedway this Saturday. Providing the on track excitement will be the Bandolereo, Bomber, Hard Top, Jammer and Legend divisions. The spectator gates will open at 330pm. Qualifying will commence at 5pm followed by the actual racing.
General admission tickets are $12. Tickets for seniors, age 60 plus, and students with valid ID are $9. Kids tickets, age 5 to 11, along with first responders with valid ID are $6. Toddlers and infants will be admitted free. The speedway also offers a budget friendly family pack, priced at $30, which admits two adults and three kids.

The Wenatchee championships are also up for grabs. The Saturday Night racing fever will be elevated by the Jerry's Auto Supply Pro Late Models, the Pepsi Street Stocks, Dick's Heating and Air Conditioning Thunder Cars along with the Hobby Cars and the Road Runners. The northwest's fastest one quarter mile oval will open its front gates at 5pm with the racing beginning at 630pm.
